Pistol Efficiency Course

Course Information

This course is designed to teach the fundamentals of shooting a pistol with a stress on personal defense.  It is designed around new, basic users that are just acquiring a pistol or wish to train on efficient fundamentals.

Your instruction will be conducted by members of the law enforcement and special operations community.

Core topics that will be covered include:

    • Safety
    • Red dot mounting and zeroing distances
    • Recoil management
    • Rapid multiple round engagements
    • Presentation from the holster and from concealment
    • Reloads from concealment
    • Dealing with visual obstructions and failure of the red dot
    • Multiple targets
    • One handed shooting, primary and support side
    • Turns and pivots
    • Shooting on the move with the pistol
